Master Classes that change the way your teams work together
I regularly deliver my training courses in English for international clients, in-house: at your premises, at an offsite or online. The same programmes as in France, adapted to your context, your culture and your challenges.
“Thirty years of doing this, and I still enjoy it immensely.”

Turn your emotions into skills
Keeping the negative effects of stress at bay while keeping only its positive energy has become a real art of living today, and sometimes, depending on the environment, an art of survival.
Fortunately, our emotions send us high-quality warning signals and messages. We still need to know how to read them and put them to good use.
- Understand what each emotion is for and the message it carries
- Step back from stress reactions in demanding situations
- Use emotions as levers to decide, cooperate and hold steady under pressure
The real Karpman Triangle and psychological games
In the late 1960s, in San Francisco, one of the most brilliant psychiatrists of his generation found an ingenious way to help his patients solve their relationship problems. The Karpman Triangle was born.
The Drama Triangle is only one of the two sides of the Karpman Triangle, and the other side is well worth the journey. I am one of the two closest students of Dr Stephen B. Karpman.
- Spot games of power and manipulation as soon as they start
- Respond without being drawn into the Persecutor, Rescuer or Victim roles
- Use the other side of the triangle to restore healthy relationships
Process Communication Model®
As a Certifying Master Trainer of Dr Taibi Kahler’s model, I can only praise its accuracy and relevance.
The Process Communication Model was developed with the support of NASA, which funded Dr Kahler’s research on astronaut selection in order to build well-balanced teams. It opens a real window onto others and how they work, and onto your own behaviour.
- Recognise the six personality types and what motivates each of them
- Adapt the way you communicate to each person
- Anticipate and defuse miscommunication and stress behaviours
Organisation and strategy
The Systemic Resonance Model (MRS®) is the company GPS. In this Master Class, you learn to run your own structured diagnosis of your organisation, across its nine key components.
You leave with an actionable diagnosis, built from your own observations and those of your team, and with the tools to keep it alive.
- Read your organisation through its nine key components
- Involve your team in a shared, structured diagnosis
- Turn the diagnosis into clear priorities you can act on
